Chronic Idiopathic Fatigue: Elemental Roots and Remedies.

Idiopathic chronic fatigue elemental roots and remedies.

Just as we all look unique, so is our bodies electrical energy production and storage system, a combination of heredity and environment past and present, handed down the maternal bloodline alone. With rare exception.

As we all experience fatigue of one kind or another, the focus will be on roots and remedies, appealing directly to intuitive understanding of how our energy comes to us and what hinders its flow in (Cellular Respiration) leading to Chronic fatigue.

The terms put in brackets help you to search for illustrations and references.

Ancestral connections.

Where your ancestors lived on the planet relative to where you live today, along with the level and type of light exposure you currently experience determines how well your energy production system can use the food you eat in an optimal way.

Your unique energy production system. (Mitochondria)

A once only event saw this independent living bacteria (Organelle) encapsulated within a cellular organism (Endosymbiosis) this marriage provided oxygen management, the energy to build the basis of all complex life on earth.

The Source (Photosynthesis)

Solar light is transformed by another organelle the (Chloroplast), to form biomass whilst simultaneously oxygenating the atmosphere, during this process the of splinting water molecules plays a central role.

The significance we are interested in here lies in the structure and function of the (Chloroplast) as mirrored in natures counterpart, our Mitochondria, which reverse the process, producing water, carbon dioxide and the energy flow in (electrons and Protons) which are transported along the (Respiratory chain) and on to tiny spinning proton pumps that create a huge electrical charge between mitochondrial membranes up to 30 million volts.

This electrons bit has to be written but becoming overly technical is not required to get the gist as it remains a mystery phenomenon in any case. Yin – and Yang + or Two Magnets is something we can relate to simply

Storing energy in cellular Water.(Battery charge or Capacitance)

Static shocks or just the touchscreen on your phone are examples of Capacitance at work.

At the heart of energy storage in water is the relative PH of water molecules in the Center of the cell relative to the PH of molecules very close to the membrane of the cell this can also be refered to as structured water in the 4th phase a gel like state which increases the storage capacity.

So here we see how important a role hydration plays in our overall energy along with the growing significance of membranes and their integrity.

Air quality

Respiration, our normal process of breathing delivers 4 free electrons to each haemoglobin, which is in very simple terms an iron based magnet in a blood cell.

So air quality plays a huge role in energy production a negatively charged oxygen molecule is optimal as well as a good ratio relative to carbon dioxide and other molecules again as we all know makes a huge difference.

To maintain good air quality each room volume requires replacement 30 times an hour with clean fresh air.

The speed at which Co2 builds up is remarkable and can easily be measured with an inexpensive simple device.

Another factor which is rarely if ever considered is contact with the earth as in the barefoot outdoor sense, because this is another source of negatively charged electrons essential for the flow of energy.

One important factor to be aware off is grounding indoors inside a room with electrical power wires will draw more positive charge through your body.

Where you lack free negative electrons the body draws them from your bones instead, We are very resilient innovative creatures however over time the signs begin to become evident.

Because it happens slowly we are not easily able to join the dots to gain the full picture. .Plus as I mentioned at the outset our mitochondria are more or less unique to each of us which makes latency periods unequal for everyone .

Turning back the clock in terms of life style changes however can be relatively quick, at least in the sense of gaining conviction and some degree of relief will open up a world of things you can do to stimulate (mitochondrial biogenesis) and get your energy levels back up to facilitate good mobility which is crucial to recovery.

It all depends again on how far down the road we are as to how we recover in the longer term but once the connection is made that we evolved in wholly different circumstances to those we live in today. Your journey has direction.

Remedies

1 reduce electro pollution of all kinds especially at night

2 Improve air quality and flow

3 Get natural light as frequently as possible. Sit without glasses for a bit if you can.

4 Make sure you have good ground contact (grass even with leather shoes works)

5 Eat seasonal whole foods. Carbs in summer fats in winter.

6 walk cycle or swim early in the day.

7 Cold bathing or part of your shower, Saunas and red light are remarkable

8 Doing these consistently in the long term will bring energy rewards.
